To ensure the smooth order of education and teaching in the new semester and effectively deliver the First Class of the New Semester, the School of Food and Pharmacy organized a special inspection on the first class on March 4. Led by Wu Youzhi, Vice President of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University and Dean of the School of Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences, a team including Ji Jing and Wang Yuan, Vice Deans, Chen Jianlan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, and all counselors conducted a comprehensive inspection on classroom teaching and the conditions of teachers and students.

At the beginning of the new semester, the School of Food and Pharmacy, with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, has moved forward the threshold of teaching quality monitoring. Through a multi-level and full-coverage inspection mechanism, the school has created a rigorous and orderly teaching environment for teachers and students.
During the inspection, Vice President Wu Youzhi emphasized that the first class of the semester is an important carrier for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, and a key moment to guide students to refocus and clarify their learning goals. All teachers should take the First Class of the Semester as an opportunity to deeply integrate professional education with ideological and political education, and integrate industry missions such as food safety and pharmaceutical regulation into classroom teaching, so as to stimulate students’ professional identity and social responsibility.
He also encouraged students to adjust their daily routines as soon as possible, devote themselves to professional learning with full enthusiasm, sharpen their skills in practice, and develop solid capabilities to serve the Healthy China strategy.





This special inspection is not only a comprehensive checkup on the teaching operation in the new semester, but also an important measure for the college to strengthen the development of a quality-oriented culture. Going forward, the School of Food and Pharmacy will continue to improve its teaching quality system. Through diverse channels such as regular teaching observation and evaluation, student seminars, and feedback from teaching supervision, the college will dynamically monitor the actual teaching situation and respond to the concerns of teachers and students in a timely manner. With a solid work style, it will safeguard the high-quality development of education and teaching in the new semester, and provide a solid guarantee for cultivating high-quality professionals in the food and pharmaceutical industry.
