食品药品学院 SCHOOL OF FOOD AND PHARMACY

The School of Food and Pharmacy has been solidly advancing the final examination administration work and building a strong safety line for laboratories

In order to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of the final teaching work, uphold the examination discipline, and strengthen the awareness of safety responsibility among teachers and students, the School of Food and Pharmacy recently held a special meeting to comprehensively arrange the relevant arrangements for the final exams and the requirements for the standardization of examination papers. Additionally, a special training on laboratory safety was organized to ensure that all work is implemented effectively.

This meeting clarified the overall arrangement and core requirements for the final exams. In terms of exam organization, the college strictly followed the unified deployment of the school, detailed the exam time, location, and division of labor among invigilators for each major and course, and required all invigilators to arrive at their posts 20 minutes in advance to prepare for the exam room layout, paper distribution, and examinee identity verification. Regarding the standardization of exam papers, the college emphasized that the question-setting teachers must strictly follow the course syllabus, scientifically set the difficulty and structure of the questions, and ensure that the questions cover the core knowledge points of the course; the format of the exam papers must comply with the unified standards of the school, with neat appearance, clear expression, and no ambiguity; at the same time, the management of the printing, confidentiality, and distribution of exam papers should be strengthened, and the confidentiality responsibility should be implemented throughout the entire process to eliminate the risk of exam questions being leaked.

The meeting emphasized the seriousness of invigilation discipline. The college requires all invigilators to stick to their posts, fulfill their duties, strictly enforce the examination rules, and prohibit candidates from bringing mobile phones, electronic devices, and examination-related materials into the examination room. For any violations of rules and disciplines in the examination room, a zero tolerance attitude must be adhered to, and any such violations found must be reported and dealt with immediately according to regulations. At the same time, candidates are required to take the examination with integrity, consciously abide by examination discipline, and jointly create a fair and just examination environment.

After the examination work was deployed, the college immediately conducted a special training on laboratory safety for the end of the semester. The training combined the characteristics of experimental teaching in food and drug majors, focusing on key content such as the management of hazardous chemicals in the laboratory, standardized operation of instruments and equipment, safety protection in microbiological experiments, and emergency response procedures. During the training, Mr. Niu Wei, the laboratory director, analyzed the weak links in laboratory safety management based on typical safety accident cases, emphasizing that all teachers and students should always be mindful of safety, strictly abide by laboratory operating procedures, and use various reagents and equipment in a standardized manner. He also required laboratory technicians to conduct a thorough safety inspection of the laboratory before the holidays, including comprehensive inspections of water and electricity, storage of hazardous chemicals, and fire-fighting facilities, in order to promptly eliminate potential safety hazards.

This meeting and training further clarified the standards and requirements for the final examination administration work, strengthened the safety responsibility awareness of teachers and students, and laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the college's final teaching work and the safe and stable operation of the laboratory.
