To all units and departments:
Based on the school calendar and teaching schedule, after careful consideration, the school has decided to announce the arrangements for the end of this semester and the commencement of the new semester as follows. All units are requested to ensure proper implementation.
1. Winter vacation arrangement
Students: January 17, 2026 (Saturday) - March 1, 2026 (Sunday);
Faculty and staff: January 24, 2026 (Saturday) - February 25, 2026 (Wednesday);
Responsible persons and management personnel of each unit: From January 24, 2026 (Saturday) to February 25, 2026 (Wednesday), each unit will take turns to arrange their own rest days and will be on duty at school according to the school's arrangements.
II. Arrangements for the start of the new semester
(1) All faculty and staff will officially report to work on February 26, 2026, and the commuter shuttle bus will operate as usual.
(2) All students are required to report back to school on March 2nd and March 3rd, 2026, and classes will officially commence on March 4th, 2026.
