Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission announced the list of typical cases of employment for college graduates in Shanghai in 2025. The case of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University's Three Grasps and Three Promotions strong responsibility and precise implementation to solve problems was successfully selected, which is the only individual case selected by our university.
Vice Secretary Chen Jianlan, as the person in charge of employment work at the College of Food and Pharmacy, will focus on the core goals of ensuring employment, improving quality, and strengthening services when launching the employment work for the 2025 graduates. With the principles of problem orientation, systematic thinking, and closed-loop responsibility, she will lead the construction of the college's employment work system, promote the implementation of various measures, and take personal overall planning and guidance as the core throughout the process, and work together with the team to solve key employment problems.
Significant work results: the college achieved a 97.95% implementation rate for graduation destinations; Conduct research on the food and drug industry and conduct in-depth interviews with over 20 companies; Organize a special job fair and invite 18 companies from Jinshan District to attend; Personally liaise with 3 school enterprise cooperation enterprises to sign agreements, track student internships, coordinate and solve problems, and achieve 100% signing; Sort out the employment work experience of the 2025 cohort, and organize the government enterprise school linkage process, steps for assisting disadvantaged students, and skill empowerment plan into replicable operational methods to be extended to the next cohort.
This selection is a full recognition of the employment work of school graduates by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.
