Ji Jing and Wang Yuan, teachers from the School of Food and Pharmacy, have been selected for the " Famous Teacher Plan" dual teacher project in Shanghai's private universities in 2025

Recently, the list of selected teachers for the Famous Teacher Plan  project in Shanghai's private universities in 2025 was officially announced. Two teachers, Ji Jing and Wang Yuan from the School of Food and Pharmacy, were successfully selected for the Dual Teacher teacher project with solid teaching skills, innovative teaching practices, and outstanding educational achievements. The Famous Teacher Program for private universities in Shanghai is initiated and guided by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, aiming to cultivate a high-quality, specialized, and innovative team of private university teachers, and to give full play to the leading role of outstanding teachers. The research projects submitted by the two teachers this time are based on the first batch of high-quality courses at the college level, demonstrating the college's dual breakthroughs in vocational education curriculum construction and the cultivation of dual qualified teachers.

The Professional Scene Embedding - Chemical Analysis Teaching 'Breakers' Action led by Vice Professor Ji Jing aims to address the pain point of the disconnect between theory and professional scenarios in chemical analysis teaching. It embeds real professional scenarios such as food and drug inspection and quality control into classroom teaching. By designing project-based tasks, introducing real industry cases, and simulating practical job processes, we break down the barriers between traditional teaching and professional practice, allowing students to master core skills in immersive learning and help them quickly adapt to industry job demands.

Vice Professor Wang Yuan's research project focuses on the digital construction and practice of the vocational undergraduate course Food Microbial Detection, focusing on the characteristics of vocational undergraduate education and the needs of industry technological development. By constructing a three in one digital teaching system of virtual simulation+real-life operation+online resources, the core skills, industry standards, and practical norms of food microbiological testing are transformed into digital teaching content. After the implementation of the project, it will effectively enhance students' digital literacy and job adaptability, providing support for cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents in the field of food testing.

In recent years, the School of Food and Pharmacy has always focused on the goal of high-quality development of vocational education, with the construction of high-quality courses as the starting point and the cultivation of dual teacher teachers as the core. Through various methods such as school enterprise cooperation, teaching reform, and project driven approaches, the quality of education has been continuously improved. In the future, the college will take this selection as an opportunity to further deepen the digital transformation of courses and the reform of vocational scenario based teaching, fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of high-quality courses, cultivate more outstanding dual teacher teachers, and lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents that adapt to industry development.
